In the Supreme Court, Gray, for Blabbing and wounding, was sentenced to eight months' imprisonment with hard labor. Harry Laing and William Noble ploaded not guilty to a charge of ntealing L230 from Joseph Abbott. Mr Fitzhorborb appeared for the Crown, Mr Coates for Noble, and Mr D.wid Hogg for Laing. The ovidenco in the main is Bimilar to that given at tJio Polioo Court inquiry. The case is expected to last all day.
