Blossom's dam of this maro obtained firßt prizo and Champion Cup at Sydnoy exhibition, 1878, and Muir Lad, her sire, obtained champion prizo two years in succession. Tho sires of theso fillies are those of tho boat horses that over camo to Australia, thoir lists of prize* taken in England, Scotland, as well as hero, being as long as my arm ; and Muir Lad and Davio are too well known to need comment.
