The Southern Trunk Railway passes through the property for a distance of three miles, giving exceptional advantages for removing the crops. Every facility will be given tot stacking and threshing the crop on the estate, and ample time allowed for the removal of utraw, &c. Intending purchasers are urgently requested to iimpect the crops, which are now being marked off in lots on the ground.

Terms — Under £50, cash ; over £50 and under £100, half cash ; over £100, one-fourth cash ; the balance in each case by approved endorsed acceptances at three and six month*, bearing bank rate of interest. Or, the owners will arrange to to accept payment of the balance in produce, at current market rates.
