Together with Section 19, same Block, containing i-acre, held from the Corporation for a term of 21 yean, from the 6th day of December, 1873, at the yearly rental of £2 Bs.

The Auctioneen invite inspection of this Block, which may now be considered one of the very best properties in Oamaru. These Crops are looking splendid. The Oats are the best crop in tLe district. The Potatoes are excellent, and about ready for market. The Straw ought to prove invaluable to these who keep cows on the Cape and South Oamani. The Crops will be put up in lots to suit all buyers. Thoroughly suited for the timber trade, as she has very large hatchway and bow ports, and can carry baulk timber without any broken stowage.
