The Auctioneen would call npecial notice to the above grand lot of Draughts. It will be seen that the Mares are all well bred, sound, young, and in foal to Prince Royal. The Geldings are an extra lot, and will be found rare worken. It must not be for* gotten that the vendor has selected these hones with great .care and judgment. As he has no crop, and all his contracts are drawing to a close, every animal will be sold on its merits. The stock are all at present in work, full of hard feed, and in rare trim to commence harvest.

"PLEMING "AND HEDLEY -*- have receired instructions from Mr Gavin Warnock, to sell by public auction, at the above time and place — The pure Clydesdale mare PRINCESS ALICE, bylvanhoe; dam Duchess, by Sothern; g. dam Duchess, imported from Scotland. Princess Alice is this season at The Banker. The pure Clydesdale filly FLORA (by Mr Grant's Sir Colin), 3 yearr, bred by George Cooper, Esq., Taieri, out of an imported prize grey mare. The auctioneer* would cull the attention of Breeders to the two pedigree mare* u advertised. Princess Alice is, without exception, the best mare ever offered in Oamaro, and her stock have already taken Prizes. Her foal to The Ranker ought to be an extra animal, and fit for any company in any ring. The filly Flora is very handsome, and will furnish a grand mare. The other mares and geldings are all good useful farm horses, and will be found to be first-rate workers. They will be sold Without Reserve.
