RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
(Before Thomas Windlo Parker, Esq., R.M.) Wbdjksdat, 26th Deoeubxb, 1866. J. Hamilton and J. Reillj, for fighting in a public place at Oamaru on the 25th instant, were each fined 5s. J. Thompson, for allowing a nuisance to exiit on his premises, was fined 7s 6d. M'Donald and Serle were charged with stopping up the surface drains ia Itchen street. There was no appearance on behalf of defendants. Fined 5s. and costs 7s 6d.
