Matters here now wear a rather more lively aspect than has been the case for some months past. The prospects of harvest having biightoned considerably, and the very favorable advices received by the September Mail, no doubt conduce to the improved toue of business. Quotations are still unchanged, but wheat and oats exhibit a downward tendency.
