The meeting of the above branch was held in the hall on Wednesday sth inst., but owing to the weather there was a small attendance. The Creed was read by Mrs. V. Samuels and the minutes of the last meeting, by the Secretary. Mrs. .7. M. Matijevich tendered an apology from Mrs. Cox who was unable to attend. A donation was made towards the United Nations appeal for children. Mrs. G. Katavich won the knitting competition and Miss Heath, the lucky number. Mrs. Mate Srhoj Jm\ is to bring the next present for the lucky number. Hostesses for the afternoon were Mrs. J. N. Matijevich and the Misses J. Johnson and A. Bilcich.
