TENNIS CLUB’S DANCE

Although the attendance at th Kaitaia Tennis Club’s dance at th A. and P. Hall on Saturday nigh was not large, those dancing enthus iasts who braved the elements en joyed a particularly pleasant even ing’s entertainment. Under the capable supervision o Mr. Ken Fyfe, the Club’s Secretarj the programme was carried throug successfully to the tuneful acconi paniment of the Versatile Orchestr and extras played by Miss Marie Kit chen. The floor was in good orde and the introduction of novelties prc vided that zest which every functic of this nature requires for complet success. Supper was served late, when se\ eral new arrivals, patrons of the pit ture theatre, swelled the crowd ths continued dancing until midnight.
