Dixon, official Labour Party organiser for the three Northern electorates,' addressed a large meeting', in the Mangonui County CounciFChambers, Kaitaia, last evening. Summerfield, reported on the Dominion Conference of the Home Servicemen’s cal delegate, at the branch committee Association which he attended as lomeeting. in Kaitaia last evening. The executive attended in strength and also! present were representatives of the spcial committee who assisted in finalising arrangements for the Associations annual ball which is to be held on V Thursday, September 25th. Preliminary discussion on these arrangements occupied the greater part of the time allotted to general business.
