Representing the Bay Power Board
Mr. E. F. Bradley is representing the Bay of Islands Power Board at the Power Board Association Conference at Napier this week, as the chairman, Mr. A. E. Bisset, was unable to attend. Mr. Wallace S. Thorpe (secretary) and Mr. Lloyd Mandeno (consulting engineer) are also at Napier attending the Secretaries and Engineers’ Conferences respectively.
