MANGATAIRE V. MANGATOITOI On Saturday last a team from Mangatoitoi played the first match of the season against Mangataire. Batting first Mangataire compiled 103, to which Mangatoitoi replied with 172. With an hour to play Mangataire knocked up 143 in their second venture. Switzer states that he wishes to correct an error in our report of the annual meeting of the Mangataire Cricket Club. All the officials were elected for the coming season, but the meeting closed without electing a president, Mr. Switzer not being elected president as report stated.
