Women’s Division
KAITAIA BRANCH The December meeting of the Kaitaia Branch of the Women’s Division of the Farmers’ Union was held in Foster’s Rooms on Wednesday 20th inst, Mrs. D Lewis presiding. Owing to the nearness of the Christmas holidays the attendance was only fair, but a most enjoyable afternoon was spent by all present. Mrs. Lewis on behalf of the members presented Mrs. Foster with a small gift as a mark of their appreciation for the use of her rooms, and for the many kindnesses they had received from her during the year. Mrs. Morey Senior, of Fairburn, very kindly made and donated a beautiful cushion to help swell the funds of the Branch. Mrs. Vercamer won a gift donated by Mrs. H. Foster ond Mrs. W.
