Public notice is hereby given that at a Special meeting of the Mangonui County Council held on Friday, Sept. I6th, 1927, the following resolution was passed i—“ln exercise of the powers conferred on it by “The Noxious V eeds Acty 1908,” the Mangonui County Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of Special Order, that Winged Thistle (Carduus pycnocephalus) (being a plant mentioned in the Third Schedule to the said Act, as extended from time to time by the Gov-ernor-General in Council) is a noxious weed within the County of Mangonui.” The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to a meeting of the Mangonui Couniy Council to be held in the Couucil Chambers Kaitaia on Wednesday November 23rd, 1927, at 2 p.m. Dated this 19th day of October, 1927.
