= MR. AMERY’S VISIT. The visit of Mr Amery, Secretary far the Dominions, to New ZeaI 'tjd is perhaps one of the most important political happenings in recent years. In the past the Home Authorities have not known sufficient about the overseas portion ot the British Commonwealth, and consequently stublunders have frequently been made in connection with matters affecting the Dominions. Mr Amery will see much to impress upon him the importance of the overseas portion of the Empire. He will know how to act when he returns Home again.
