Public notice is hereby given that at a Special meeting or the Mangonui County Council held on Friday, Sept. 16th, 1927, the following resolution was passed “In exercise of the powers conferred on it by “The Noxious Weeds Act, 1908,” the Mangonu.t County Council hereby resolves and declares, by way of Special Order, that Winged Thistle (Carduus pycnocephalus) (being a plant mentioned in the Third Schedule lo the said Act, as extended from time to time by the Gov-ernor-General in Council) is a noxious weed within ’he County of Mangonui.” The said resolution will be submitted for confirmation to a meeting of the M-.a----gonui County Council to be held in the Couucil Chambers iviitaia on Wednesday, November 23rd, 19 7, at 2 p m.
