To Commence on Tuesday

The most serious case so far listed for trial at the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court in Auckland, commencing next Tuesday, is the murder charge against a Dalmation gum-diggor, Pml Lendich, arising out ot the disappearance of a newly-born infant.
