The most serious case so far listed for trial at the criminal sessions of the Supreme Court in Auckland, commencing next Tuesday, is the murder charge against a Dalmation gum-diggor, Pml Lendich, arising out ot the disappearance of a newly-born infant. There is the usual sprinkling of breaking and entering and theft charges, one of wounding with intent and two arising out uf fatal motor accidents, the accused in one case being charged with negligent driving causing leath, and in the other with manslaughter.
