Mangonui Hospital Board.
Meeting To-Day,
The monthly meeting of the Mangonui Hospital Board is proceeding to-day as we go to press. The members present are : Messrs TS Houston (Chairman), E A Evans, L J Matthews, C B Michie, GCosson, LA Mclntosh, D Kitchen and C J E B iriiball. A communication from the Department of Health stated that the drainage system at the Mangonu' Hospital was not working Satisfactorily and made recommendations for remedying the defect.
It was explained that the septic tank was now functioning properly and that it could now be left.
