ANNUAL REPORT. The following is the fifteenth annual report of the above company which will be presented at the annual meeting of shareholders on Saturday, August Bth : Your directors are pleased to say that the company was never in a sounder position financially and this in spite of a fluctuating market at Home. Your directors again held butter in London when the price fell to below 170/-, and the result of their action has been justified by the higher prices realized. The amount paid for butter-fat (including the 2%d further payment as from November 30th, 1924) is 15’2d, making with cream carting added 16'14d. The retiring directors are Messrs Lecoustre and Powell, who are eligible for re-election. - Messrs. Duff and Bourke resigned their seats on the Board during the season, so you will be asked to fill four seats on the directorate. Mr. Atkins again offers his services as auditor, Leo.
