(Own Correspondent) The Rev. Elliott visited here on Tuesday, the service being well attended. There is a movement on foot to build a small Presbyterian Church and good support is promised. Mr. E. McDougall, who will represent the Houhora and Waihopo diggers, leaves by the Waiotahi on Saturday for Wellington to give evidence before the Parliamentary Committee set up to deal with the Kauri Gum Control Bill.
