CORRESPONDENCE
[Tu the Editor) Sir, —I beg to call your attention to the lax way the Oruru Dairy Factory Directors conduct the affairs of the Company* As a typical instance:—For the last two O' dnee months, Sir, they have permitted a supplier who holds no shares to sit at their meetings as a Director. One is surprised they allow this month after month, they know it is illegal. One must hold 10 share? to be eligible for a Director, yet this Director takes so little interest apparently in the affairs of the Company lie has sold his shares to. One cannot undci - stand any supplier in thecircumstancesli 1 taking a prominent part in the meetings of Directors. His seat was vacant three or four months. One trusts the matter will be put right at once if not already attended to.—l am, etc., ORURU SUPPLIER.
