Ratification of the Prize Court Convention. LONDON, DeoemberJ. Sir Edward Grey, Secretary of Stats for Foreign Affairs, in opening the International Naval Conference declared that its object was to assure the success of ths Prize Court Convention drafted at tha Hague which, if firmly established, would remove many of the difficulties which hitherto had been potential causes of International difficulties. “ Such an agreement,” he added, “ would do something to draw the nations closer together."
