The O Tan-ell papers have been produced in Parliament. Amnestied Eenian convicts are not to be , brought from Australia at the public ex- \ pense. The correspondence on a fortnightly postal J service with Australia has been laid on the table of the House. Dr. Livingstone is reported to have arrived at Zanzibar in January, and proposed returning to Europe. Spain has sent more ships to Cubas. The Eev. Mr. Cowie, Eector of Stafford, and formerly Chaplain to the Bishop of Calcutta, has accepted the vacant Bishopric in New Zealand. Vice- Chancellor Malines has issued peremptory orders for the winding-up of the P.N.Z. and A.E.M. Company. President Johnson is ill at Greensville. Pield-Marshal Grough is dead.
