Fbiday, April 4. [Before J. Poyntee, Esq., Resident Magistrate.] Edward Burn, charged with drunkenness, was fined five shillings, and costs. Saturday, Apbil 5. Henry Hargreaves, for having permitted his horse to wander at large, was fined two (billings and six* pence, and ooets.

Monday, Aphil 7. JBdioard Burn was charged with having stolen some pocket handkerchiefs, of the value of five shillings. Case dismissed.
