NELSON R.S.A. RESOLUTION
At a meeting of the executive of the Nelson R.S.A. held last week, reference was made to the death of Lieut.Colonel F. W. Huggins, E.D., and a vote of sympathy to his relatives, was recorded in he minutes. Colonel Huggins, for many years, beside his other civic activities, had oeen a strong supporter of the association and was the original organiser and one of the prime movers in the raising of funds for the Nelson R.S.A. Club Rooms. Many present at the meeting spoke of his fine qualities, both as a soldier and as a man, and his passing was referred to as a great loss, not only to the R.S.A. but to the city and community.
