ELECTIONS BEING HELD

Bombay, Nov. The city was astir early this morning in connection with the elections for the India Central Assembly. Members of the Congress Party are canvassing supporters and taking them to the city’s nine polling stations by car. The number of traffic police has been increased Non-Moslem voters in the Bombay Presidency are polling to-day for the election of six members. Moslem constituencies poll to-morrow. Elections are also being held to-day in the United Provinces of Bihar and A.imer-mer-wara. Elections in other parts of India will be held at later dates. In Bengal polling will not take place until December 10th.
