AUSTRALIAN VICTORY LOAN EXCEEDED
Canberra, Nov. 15. The Prime Minister, Mr ’ Chifley, announced that the Fourth Victory Loan of £85,000,000 which was extend, ed a fortnight has been exceeded. A disappointing feature was that the number of individual subscribers was not higher. Official figures will not be available for a few days yet.
