PEARL. HARBOUR DISASTER WASHINGTON, Aug. 29—The U.S. Army Chief o£ Staff, General Marshall. was held partly responsible tor the Pearl Harbour distaster by th* Army Board ot Inquiry, but President Truman, in releasing the report, said the criticism was entirely unjustified. The report sharply criticised RearAdmiral Kimmel, Admiral Stark and Mnjor-Gqneraf Short.
