] MR THOMAS WAUGH Wellington, August 28. j Mr Thomas Waugh, head of the hortij cultural firm of T. Waugh and Sons, of j Wellington and Lower Hutt, died on | Friday, aged 78 years. Mr Waugh was ; known over the last 40 years as one of : the most expert and industrious professional horticulturists and nurserymen in j the Wellington province. He was known ! to garden lovers all over New Zealand.
