HAD INVASION PLAN SUCCEEDED London, July 28 A German High Command’s 33pa**. red-bound document “Military Administration of England” * has fallen into British hands, says the Hamburg correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain. It revealed that Hitler planned to complete the occupation of England before September 9th, 1940, 14 weeks after Dunkirk. The conquered country was to be transformed into Germany's main war workshop. The entire male population between the ages of 17 and 45 would have been deported to the Continent.as soon as possible after Britain's defeat in order to prevent sabotage British men, presumably, would have been used as slave labour and German workers were to be rushed to Britain to keep the war machine operating with a minimum of 'nterruption. The document was drawn up a year before ihe Nazis invaded Russia under the direction of General von Brauchtisch, at the time Commanier-in-Chief.
