CLOSING OF HOSPITAL UNIT
London, June 25. A spokesman at General de Gaulle’s office officially confirmed that the Hadfield-Spears hospital unit has been closed ‘ for the reason given by Lady Spears" says the British United Press Paris correspondent. The spokesman declined to comment further. \ A cable message published yesterday stated that angered by the sight of Union Jacks on the cars of the Had-Jield-Spears mobile hospital unit which participated in a French forces parade in Paris this week General de Gaulle ordered the immediate closing of the hospital, according to Lady Spears.
