NEW UNDER-SECRETARY FOR AIR
London, April 13. Major Quinto Hogg, M.P., heir of Lord Hailsham, succeeds Captain R. A. Brabner as Joint Under-Secretary of State for Air. Captain Brabner recently lost his life while crossing the Atlantic by air.
