TRAITOR OSTRACISED IN PRISON

London. Mar. 13. Because of hostility shown by his fel-low-prisoners. Percy Sandys Hewitt, a teacher of English, who was recently sentenced at the Old Bailey to 12 years’ penal servitude for having broadcast for the Germans from Paris, may have to be removed from London. It is reported that Hewitt has been ostracised. Many of the prisoners are serving sentences for serious crimes, and special precautions have been taken to protect Hewitt from attack.
