PREMIER AND FOREIGN MINISTER NAMED Moscow, April 7. Moscow radio announced that Dr. Benes has formed a new Czech Government with Zdenek Firlinger. former ambassador to Russia, as Prime Minister and Jan Masaryk as Foreign Minister. The Greek Regent. Archbishop Damaskinos, has asked Admiral Voulgaris to form a Government, says Reuter’s Athens correspondent. CZECH GREETINGS TO “BIG THREE” LEADERS London, April 8. Moscow radio announced that the new Czechoslovak Government yesterday met for the first time at Kosice and sent greetings telegrams to Marshal Stalin, Mr Churchill and President Roosevelt.
