DUTCH VICTIMS
RESCUERS TOO LATE (Rec. 9.30 a.m.) London, April 8. Canadian troops thrusting north of Zutphen failed by a few hours to have the lives of a number of Dutch. Overrunning what had been a concentration camp they found the bodies of 10 men, all horribly mutilated, none of whom had been dead more than 48 hours.
