CIVIL CASES
In the Magistrate’s Court this morn, ing Mr T. E. Maunsell, S.M., gave judgment by default in the following civil cases: Neale and Haddow Ltd. v. Eric M. Francois. £1 4s Cd costs: Nelson Dairies Ltd. v. E. O. Harris 8s Id and 13s costs; Nelson Dairies Ltd. v. Annie Mayers, £4 6s lOd and £1 3s 6d! A judgment debtor, Phillip B. p'. Symes, was ordered to pay Hallenstein Bros. Ltd., the sum of £3 0s lid, in default to be committed to prison for three days.
