FAIR TO FINE Wellington, This Day, Situation : An intense anti-cyclone covers the Dominion. A depression is stationary near New South Wales. Changeable weather was experienced in Nelson during the week-end. After a light shower on Saturday morning the weather improved and the afternoon was warm and humid. The sun shone for 6 hours 32 minutes, and the temperature rose to 68.8 degrees. With a change to a south-easter on Sunday morning the temperature dropped and further light ram fell. The day was raw and largely overcast, the maximum temperature being only 62.9 degrees. The sky cleared last night and to-£6y was sunny and fresh, the breeze veering again to the north-east.
