LABOUR RETAINS SEAT
London, April 16 Mr Harold Neal (Labour) won the Clay Cross (Derbyshire* by-election, polling 13.693 votes. Gaining a majority of over 11,000. The by-election was caused by the death of Mr George Ridley (.Labour).
