OBITUARY
MR C. B. PLUMMER Auckland, This Day. A notable figure in Auckland musical circles, Mr Charles Bernard Plummer, president of the Auckland Choral Society and chairman of the Operatic Society died this morning at the age of 74. He had been an active figure in Auckland’s musical circles for more than half a century and was working on the musical history of the Dominion, for which enterprise he was uniquely qualified. In business Mr Plummer was a director of the Plummer Hat Company. He was a keen bowler and Masonic Lodge member.—P.A.
