UNCROWNED KING OF CROATIA
ARRIVAL AT U.S. MEDITERRANEAN BASE (Rec. 10.55 a.m.) London, Sept. 28. The Duke of Spoleto, who was appointed King of Croatia, but never assumed the Crown, has arrived at an American naval base in the Mediterranean. He was aboard a private yacht escorted by an Italian destroyer.
