“THUMBS UP”
PATRIOTIC REVUE Nelson theatregoers will appreciate the spectacular patriotic revue “Thumbs Up” which opens a season of five nights commencing Tuesday, 6th July. A large cast of singers, dancers and comedians have been in rehearsal for the last seven weeks, under the direction of Eddie Martin, the popular English comedian and producer. Some of the highlights are*—“Nasty Nazi,” scene from “Chou Chin Chow,” ‘The Gipsy Revel,” “Hollywood Stars.” and a dramatic episode from the sweetest story ever told, "The Rosary.” Spectacular scenic and lighting effects have been arranged. The net profits are for the Nelson City patriotic funds. The box plans are now open at Begs.
