ORANGE SHIPMENT ARRIVES
KEEN DEMAND IN NELSON There was a keen demand for the Australian navel oranges which came on to the market in Nelson yesterday. The shipment was a comparatively large one and the supplies in the city are estimated to be sufficient to last until the next shipment of Island oranges arrives. The prices for the larger sizes are quite high—two for Is or 5s lOd per dozen. The smaller oranges are selling at three for Is 3d or 4/8 a dozen, and four for 1/2 or 3/6 per dozen, according to size. _______
