BOSTON BOMBERS AND SPITFIRES OTHER OFFENSIVE OPERATIONS Rugby, June 23. An Air Ministry communique states: “This evening Boston bombers, escorted by Spitfires, attacked targets at Meaulte. Two enemy fighters were destroyed. Typhoon bombers, with an escort of Typhoons, attacked targets at St. Omer, and later other Typhoon bombers with Typhoon escort, bombed an airfield at Maupertus.
