AMERICAN FLAG AT NGARUA WAHIA
Flying from the flagstaff at Ngaruawahia pa on Saturday, when a party of Americans were the guests of the Waikato tribps at a reception arranged by Princess Te Puea, was a new United States flag. It was a gift to the marae by officers of an Army party which xdsited Ngaruawahia before Christmas and it was stated on Saturday to be one of the proudest possessions of the pa.
