COOL, SOUTHERLY CHANGE COMING Wellington, This Day. The indications are for moderate to strong northerly winds. The weather will probably prove fair at first, but occasional rain or drizzle developing to-morrow. Temperature mild. The further outlook is for a cool, southerly change, with showers. After some heavy showers of rain last night, when 62 of an inch of rain was recorded, the weather cleared and this morning was sunny and very warm. Towards however. the sky again became overcast and there was a thick bank of mist on some of the hills around Nelson. There was a northeasterly wind. There was no sunshine in Nelson yesterday.
