FOOD FOR CIVILIANS
MR ROOSEVELT’S ASSURANCE (Rec. 11.10 a.m.) Boston, Oct. 5. President Roosevelt, in a message to the National Distributors’ conference, said the Government will do everything to ensure that products for civilians are allocated in an orderly and equitable fashion. He added: "It will be the patriotic duty of the nation’s distributors to make certain that an orderly Mow continues.’’ —P.A.
