PATRIOTIC CARD EVENING
At the weekly patriotic card evening in Takaka, which was this time run oy the Takaka Women's Institute, there was a good attendance of card enthusiasts The ladies' prize was won by Miss C. Grooby and the men's by Mr Nees. The mystery parcel was won by Mrs Homan. Next Tuesday the evening will be for school funds.
