BOMBS IN CHAD TERRITORY
BY' UNIDENTIFIED AIRCRAFT (Rec. 12.30 p.m.) Rugby, Jan. 23. Free French headquarters state that a twin-engined bomber of unidentified nationality yesterday bombed Fort Lamy, capital of Chad Territory. Twelve bombs of German manufacture fell in the vicinity of the aerodrome, causing a fire and a few casualties. — 8.0. W.
