MR W. A. SCOTT Dunedin, This Day. The death has occurred of Mr Walter A. Scott, a member of the city council from 1911 to 1931. He was prominent in bowling circles and was Otago bowls tester. He was founder of the local j cycle firm of W. A. Scott and Sons. — , p- A - :
