COMPULSORY BONUS
CANADIAN WAGE CONTROL SCHEME Ottawa. Oct. 25. The Labour Minister. Mr McClarty. i announced a new Order-in-Ccun.cil exi tending to all Canadian industry the I compulsory payment of bonuses to emi ployees to cover the cost of living in- , creases. Quarterly adjustments will be made. The Order prohibits wage in--1 creases, except those approved by the National War Labour Board.—U.P.A.
